How it works
Create an audio postcard in three steps

Capture a photo or share an image
Take a new scene in Assist or share an existing image from the Android gallery with Owli-AI Assist.

Start the audio postcard
Open the three-dot menu at the bottom right and choose “Audio postcard” to create a song from the image.

Share the song video
Assist creates a short video with the song, image, and small Owli branding. You can then share it through WhatsApp, Instagram, or other apps.
Tip: You can send existing images to Owli-AI Assist from the Android gallery using “Share”.

Why does the video show Owli-AI?
Owli-AI is a volunteer-run non-profit project. We want to keep the app as free as possible and continue developing it together with users, research, and public partners.
When you share a song video, the small Owli-AI branding helps other people find the app. It also helps us gain visibility for support and partnerships. The personal moment and your image remain at the center.

Beta and privacy note
Song creation is an AI feature. Results can vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect. The image is only processed after an explicit user action to create the song; this may use the Owli backend and external AI/music services.
